Portage Description:
Portage is longer than shown on maps, and has a few ups and downs, but is a bit tricky because of the rock face at the Kahshahpiwi end of the portage.

Lake Description:
Please note that the nice island campsite has burned. There is another, very poor, campsite on the point to the northwest of the island. We cruised the majority of the shoreline looking to brush out a campsite if possible, but never did find a good location. All in all, this is not a good lake to plan to camp on.
