I
went to the BWCAW when I was a scout, back in the 50's, before it
was the BWCAW. Most of my canoeing has been running water, but several
years ago, my wife, daughter and I rediscovered the BW and now it
is one of our favorite places. We try to go there at least every
other year. This is a great site, even though it is obviously under
construction. I cannot wait to see it when it is done. |

Really
a great site. The virtual trip will only increase my sleeplessness

for the wonderful site. It just makes me want to go back to Quetico
again and again, even though I live 17 hours away by car. (Ontario

I
am only 12 years old and I love it up there. It is untouched wilderness
with calm quiet lakes where the animals provide the symphony. I
love to canoe and that's the best place to go if you enjoy camping.
I caught a 6 pound, 18 1/2 inch smallmouth bass when I barely moved
the lure after I casted it. Go there, it's GREAT! |
